Utsav Dahal

Mr. Dahal is a B.Tech Biotechnology graduate from Kantipur Valley College, Purbanchal University. He is currently working as a Research Assistant at RIBB on isolation and screening of Lactic Acid Bacteria (LAB) from Fermented food and Livestock milk from different regions of Nepal. He has a strong interest in food science, particularly focusing on fermented foods and gut health. His favorite fermented food is Gundruk. He also completed his undergraduate thesis at RIBB on the topic "Enhancing the growth of LAB with Chlorella biomass cultivated in cheese whey Wastewater".
