The Green Chemistry Lab is dedicated to research addressing UN Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs) such as Food Security, Zero Hunger, Improved Nutrition, and Responsible Consumption and Production. Our laboratory is well-equipped with an array of instruments for natural products and green chemistry research, including a shaking incubator, refrigerator, water bath, oven, rotary evaporator, microplate reader, freeze dryer, HPLC, fume hood, dropometer, penetrometer, and clevenger apparatus. With this facility, we also provide high-quality analytical testing services.
In addition to focusing on green and sustainable research projects, the lab prioritizes sustainable practices for researchers and students. This includes recycling used solvents, paper waste, and recyclable lab consumables. The Green Chemistry Lab encourages research enthusiasts to engage in public outreach programs where they can inspire community school students, parents, and local leaders with their scientific projects.
