Dr. Adhikari is an accomplished molecular biologist with more than a decade of experience across academic, industrial, and entrepreneurial settings. He has forged a distinguished career by merging technical expertise with a strong dedication to advancing the field of biotechnology.
Dr. Adhikari’s academic background includes a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree from the University of Mississippi, where he conducted groundbreaking research in Microbiology. Prior to that, he earned a Master of Science (MS) in Applied Biotechnology from Uppsala University and the University of Helsinki in 2011, where he developed a strong foundation in molecular biology and biotechnology. Currently serving as a Platform Manager at a biotech startup in Philadelphia specializing in RNA delivery, he leads the development of the next-generation platforms that have the potential to revolutionize treatments for various diseases, including cancer, genetic disorders, and infectious diseases. In addition, he is a recipient of a prestigious SBIR (Small Business Innovation Research) grant through NCI/NIH to develop cancer vaccine and serves as a Principal Investigator.
