Sanjiv Parajuli, PhD

Research Associate

Mr. Parajuli worked at RIBB as a Research Associate in multiple projects including project funded by Korea Green Foundation to train local dairy farmers about means of managing dairy wastes during cheese production. He was worked on a project funded by NORAD to produce bioethanol from Cheese whey, a byproduct of cheese production process. Currently he is pursuing his PhD degree at the University of Mississippi. His current research interest includes using cellulose based nanoparticles to stabilize emulsions, foams and hydrogels to facilitate underground storage of atmospheric carbon dioxide and improve sustainability of current oil/gas exploration processes.
