Nisha Thapa

MS Thesis Student

Nisha Thapa completed her Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology from Kathmandu University. She is currently pursuing a Master’s by Research in Biotechnology from Kathmandu University in collaboration with Research Institute for Bioscience and Biotechnology (RIBB) and Shikhar Biotech, with a research focus on the “Analysis of protein profiles of venoms from four major venomous snake species in Nepal and the exploration of plant extracts with antivenom neutralization potential.” Her academic interests are strongly centered on immunology. She is also deeply motivated to translate scientific research into tangible community benefits, especially in resource-limited settings.
