Ashish Bhusal

Master’s Thesis student

Mr. Ashish Bhusal currently works at RIBB as a thesis student starting from 18th September, 2019. He has received B.Sc. in Botany (2015) from Butwal Multiple Campus and is currently pursuing his Masters in Biotechnology from National College, Tribhuvan University, Nepal. His research interest includes infectiology and Antimicrobial Drug Resistance (AMR). Currently, he is working on antibiotic resistance bacteria present in the fruits and vegetables sold in Kathmandu valley and also the genes conferring resistance to antibiotics. This project is funded by the International Foundation of Science (IFS), Sweden.
